Empowering Change Outreach & Services provides basic care, food, shelters and crisis interventions for homeless individuals and families. We work with established organizations to provide the resources necessary for our clients to find housing and meals. On our main site, www.empowering4change.org you can find resources for locating shelters, food banks, emergency heating and cooling assistance, warming and cooling centers, SNAP information nd applications, WIC information and applications, Section 8 Affordable housing information and applications. We try and give as many resources as possible to become a resource to help you with whatever situation you may be finding yourself in. As a nonprofit organization we rely on donations, volunteers and community partnerships to make all our services possible. We are helping to make a difference in the lives of those who are broken, displaced and underserved. We don't undertake this alone. We do it together.
