We are delighted to announce that sign-ups for Holiday Food Boxes are now open and available on our website at www.empowering4change.org/holiday-food-box-request.
As we embark on this season of giving, it is essential to mention that the number of available food boxes will be limited due to our available funding and resources. While we are committed to doing our utmost to accommodate everyone who signs up for a food box, we must stress that we cannot guarantee distribution for all due to the constraints of available funds.
Currently, we have received over 184 requests from families across the entire NW Missouri area, highlighting the pressing need for support during this holiday season.
If you are not in need of a holiday food box yourself, we kindly request your support in our efforts to reach as many families as possible. Your contributions of non-perishable food items would greatly assist us in fulfilling the requests we have already received. Additionally, financial donations are graciously accepted and can be made at https://www.empowering4change.org/make-a-donation. We are appreciative of any assistance, be it in the form of goods or financial support, to supplement our existing resources.
In addition to material contributions, we humbly ask for your prayers. Please join us in praying for our organization, that we may continue to reach those who are less fortunate, and provide hope and light to those who find themselves in a place of struggle.
